To use it in 2021, you need to use Native UI 1.7 and ScriptHookVDotNet v2.10.10, which are also mods that can be found on the site. Hot Coffee 1.3 is a pretty old mod from 2016, so the current version of GTA 5 might have some problem with it.
That wave of takedowns included some for the PC version of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, a title originally released in 2004. Hot coffee is one of the most 'famous' GTA 5 NSFW mods in the GTA franchise. Zelnick’s comments may strike some players as strange, considering that in July 2021 the company ordered the takedown of mods that had been available for over a decade.
